Believe that you are now, no substance how much you think you are. Have self-compassion of your faults. Try to make you look fine for you and not for someone else. Always think positive.You need first of all to make peace with yourself, to accept your flaws and advantages....and then ..just live your life by your own rules....take care and good luck! Love you. Happiness is different for everyone, just go out there and look. Think about what you want and need. You'll find it. Do not covet anyone, tolerate with any one who made something wrong against you and forget it If one were to be theoretically happy all the time, one would not know happiness, never having experienced sadness. If you look inside deeply enough you will find a happiness that goes beyond anything that can ever happen to you. You will find happiness in the unity and harmony. Happiness is a choice. You choose to be happy by changing your mindset. Choose to think about the positives in every situation. Even the bad ones can have positive outcomes. Happiness isn't about circumstances or feelings - its about how you choose to think. Take good care of yourself. Every now and then a warm bath to wash your fears. Note the points that make you happy, and try them lightly on other happiness is a tinny drops of satisfaction, warm feeling of completeness and achievement of your goals. Do not confuse happiness with satisfaction! happiness is much more than that.

If we want one thing then the opposite is automatically attached. This is the secret of the universe. Don't want anything in this world! Be at peace with yourself. You should enjoy the things that you have. You make your own happiness. You are the one who can make yourself happy. Be in control of your life, so that you can know what will make you happy or not. When we make mistakes and learn from them, we can pick our self up and take the next step forward and by all means forgive our self. Always pay more concentration to your optimistic aspects. It does not pay to worry if your goal is cheerfulness. Do not take your self too fatally. Always think of the bright side of things. If you want to find happiness, search within. Meditation can help you to get peace. Try art of living to get what you want. Be remembering the lowest beauty of the world, develop a capability to see beauty every where you look. Believe, this would help you to remain happy even in the worst moments. Don't want happiness because then you automatically ask for the opposite! this is the real truth in this world of duality. Every where we have positive and negative, good & bad, left & right etc. So you cant always be in one state. You have to face some negative aspects in life. Peace is suitable than happiness can be achieved only by means of Believing in God, the Almighty. If you are an doubter, you keep asking questions and reach a point where you hit the wall. At that point only answer is belief in God. Strongly doubt that happiness can be a permanent state of mind and soul. You do not need to be affected but do not forget that you have great traits. Get a diversion and something in your life all the time. Do not stay at home bored.
